    Candor Counseling offers virtual individual talk therapy with Dr. Sarah Baquet. Sarah is a licensed clinical mental health counselor in the state of NY (LMHC), a nationally certified counselor (NCC), a board certified tele-mental health counselor (BC-TMHC), and a professor of counseling (PhD).

    Sarah has over a decade of experience helping people work through complex trauma, mood and anxiety-based issues, cluster b/c personality traits such as impulsivity, relational discord, attachment, and emotional dis-regulation.

    Sarah works from an integrative framework where she predominantly combines humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, positive psychology, cultural-relational, and psychodynamic concepts in her work with clients. First and foremost, Sarah believes an authentic and safe relationship so you then can collaboratively work to meet your unique counseling goals. Through compassionate and client-centered approaches, Sarah promotes holistic well-being and self-directed growth.

The aim of our wellness retreats is to restore balance and promote a healthy lifestyle, fostering physical, mental, and emotional wellness. Participants leave feeling renewed, inspired, and equipped with tools to continue their wellness journey beyond the retreat.
